- NA The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with the Institute For Scientific Information the use of their data base for all faculty, students, researchers, and staff at West Point. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable SIC code is 7375 with a size standard of $18,000,000. All responses from respon sible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
