- NA Notice intent to award a sole source contract. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, subpart 6.302, the USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division intends to contract with Tool Masters, 2305 Missouri St. , Tuscumbia Alabama 35674 on a sole source basis. Tool Masters will rework approximately 39,000 outer covers for the M8 TA Smoke Pot. The rework effort is a follow on to a prior contact that was awarded to Tool Masters as a result of a 100% Small Busines s Set Aside acquisition. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that d emonstrates their ability to meet the governments needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division, 10-020 Kabrich Circle, ATTN: AMSSB-ACP Virginia House, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offe rs will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to Tool Masters without further notice. See note(s) 22, 26.*
