- Description
- The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is soliciting proposal from qualified contractors to provide all necessary resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities, to provide reference laboratory testing service, including cytology, surgical pathology, microbiology, and clinical pathology consultation service for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Schurz and Elko Service Unit laboratory facilities located in Schurz, Yerington, Nixon, Gardnerville, Reno, McDermitt, Elko, and Ely, Nevada. Period of performance shall be for one year with four (1)-year options. Closing date for receipt of proposals is February 28, 2002, 4:30 p.m., local time.
