Description: AHRQ intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Central/Diplomat Parking, 1133 20th Street, N.W., Suite 250, Washington, DC 20036. The contract is for the rental of 235 parking spaces at the parking facility maintained by Central/Diplomat Parking within the parking garage at 2101 E. Jefferson Street, Rockville, MD., where AHRQ is currently leasing office space. The period of performance will be from April 2002 through March 2003, with option periods totaling six months.
