- NIMA has a requirement for professional counseling services for NIMA employees in St. Louis and Arnold, Missouri. The period of performance is one year with four one-year options, beginning on 1 April 2002. The Employee Assistance Counseling Services are to provide assessment, problem solving, short-term counseling assistance, and referral to community resources for employees and their immediate family members, including child and elder care referrals. Counselor will be available on-site eight hour per day, five days per week. The NAIC applicable to this requirement is 624190 with a small business size standard of $5,000,000.
