Description

The United States Government seeks approximately 13,565 usable square feet of contiguous office space with 3 reserved parking spaces to house the Social Security Administration. Lease Term: 10 years, 7 years firm. Occupancy is required no later than December 2, 2002. Location: The City of Anaheim within the following boundaries: North: Lincoln Avenue, South: Ball Road, East: East Street, West: Harbor Boulevard. Offers must be submitted by owner(s), or by written authorization by owner(s) to represent. Space offered must be in a quality, modern office building and conform to ADAAG, UFAS, and must fully or substantially meet the seismic requirements of the level of the "Standards of Seismic Safety for Existing Federally Owned or Leased Buildings and Commentary" ICSSC RP4, as modified in the Solicitation and the "Handbook for the Seismic Evaluation of Buildings - a Prestandard" (FEMA 310).
