- Description
- This is a restricted requirement for small business concerns to provide a fully loaded man hour labor rate and a marine repair facility for ship repair services on MSC ships in the Tidewater VA area for a period of one year and four option years if exercised. Ship repair services include but not limited to pipefitting, welding, machinists, electrical work, boiler making and diesel mechanics. MSC ships will be berthed at Government provided piers. A marine repair facility is required for the necessary shop repairs and testing and all work is to be in accordance with applicable USCG and ABS Regulations.
