- NA The New England District intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Order Contract using firm-fixed price type task orders. The contract includes general geotechnical engineering and related services at various locations in the Corp of Engineers? North Atlantic Division (primarily New England). Work may include, but not be limited to, studies/designs or evaluations involving soils/geology; groundwater; earth and rock structures, including soil and rock anchors; foundation and earth dam design; seismic s tability; dam foundation analysis and risk evaluation of earth structures; embankment instrumentation installation; performing inspections and preparing instrumentation reports related to dam safety. This contract requires the Contractor to provide its ow n staff or provide through a consultant(s), professional engineers with demonstrated geotechnical expertise registered in all NAD states, and the District of Columbia, as well as registered geologists in the applicable states. The contractor must demonstr ate specialized experience and technical competence in services required above. Solicitation shall be available on or about 1/31/02. Prospective bidders, subcontractors, and plan room are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive this solicitation.
