This requirement is for PRON: AX149455AX, NSN: 1615-01-116-4742, PN: 145DS514-3 Quantity: 46 each - Contract Minimum Quantity: 46 each and Maximum 370 eac h 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train Unit. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of the Boeing Co., RT 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272 and pall Aeropower Corp., Sub of pall Corp., 5775 Rio Vista Dr., Clearwater, FL 33760-3114, Cage Code: 18350. Destination with delivery to Stockton, CA 4 each; New Cumberland, PA 7 each; and Texarkana, TX 35 each. Require delivery is 46 each 21 0 Days After Contract Award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufactur ing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Ar ms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described ab ove are encouraged to identify themselves.
