- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), F49642-02-T-0063. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443130. Only faxed or email quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNNS number, and telephone number with its offer. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the web at http://ccr2000.com. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained via the web at http://www.eps.gov. An amended version of F49642-02-T-0063 is going to be posted no later than 08 Jan 02.
