- Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials Manufacturing Technology Division (AFRL/MLOP ) solicits research proposals for the Cooperative Materials Research Projects Program. The purpose of this program is to develop materials and processes to meet life cycle performance criteria through short-term intermittent student-level research.
