NOUN: #4 BEARING FRONT AIR SEALING RING ASSY. SIZE/DIMENSIONS: Approx. 2.235 inches nominal, weight 10 lbs. USED TO PROVIDE A SEALING SURFACE FOR THE DRIVE SHAFT?S AIR SEAL. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: NICKEL ALLOY INCONEL 718 CASTING, PER PWA 649. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: 551 EA 1ST YEAR; 448 EA 2ND YEAR; 448 EA 3RD YEAR. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENT. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 The approximate issue date will be 27 Aug 2001. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation.
