- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales (SA/FMS) technical, financial and program management support for the Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia (NAVICP-P) International Programs Directorate (Code OF). The services for this acquisition will include International Training Assistance, Direct Commercial Contract Assistance, Financial Programs Analysis, Reconciliation and Closure Assistance, Financial Case Management, Logistics Programs Analysis, Reconciliation and Assessment Assistance, Information Technology Consulting Assistance, International Programs Assistance and General Management Support Assistance. The services are anticipated to commence 1 April 2002 and continue through 31 March 2003, with four (4) One-year option periods. A cost plus fixed fee contract is contemplated as a result of this request for proposal (RFP). Release of the RFP will be via the internet.
