- 9150-00-935-5851 YPG01249000834 QPL applies. MIL-PRF-81322F. Unit can contains 35 lbs. net weight. 50% small business set aside applies. Commercial clauses will be used. ABVS does not apply. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Unrestricted quantity: 1328. 833 to be delivered to Richmond, VA and 495 to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 60 DARO for FOB Destination and 45 DARO for FOB Origin. Small Business Set Aside quantity: 1327. 832 to be delivered to Richmond, VA and 495 to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 60 DARO for FOB Destination and 45 DARO for FOB Origin. 100% option provision will be included in the RFP. Final award contract decision may be based upon price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is January 25, 2002.
