Description

100% Small Business Set-Aside. The due date for receipt of proposals is an estimated date and is subject to change. The actual date and time for receipt of proposals will be specified in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be available on, or about January 7, 2002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The work consists of furnishing and installing partitioning miscellaneous repairs in Government owned, and managed buildings located in Western Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi. Contract period is one-year long with 2 one-year options, or delivery orders totaling $500,000.00 yearly, whichever comes first. Award will be made based upon net plus or minus percentages from already priced work items. Requests must be made on official company letterhead with signature. Requests must contain point of contact, telephone number, telefax number, and email address. To be valid, the requestor must furnish one of the following documents: (1) company's current business license, (2) valid Dun and Bradstreet number, or (3) valid state driver's license. Requests that do not contain the above required data will not be honored.
