- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A complete RFQ N00189-02-T-0163 for BULKHEAD MATERIAL is available upon request in writing by Fax at 757-688-5853 or at the email address above. The RFQ document, N00189-02-T-0163, provisions and clauses, which have been incorporated, are those in effect through FAC97-27. When requesting a copy of RFQ N00189-02-T-0163, contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate official and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. At a minimum, responsible sources should provide this office a price proposal on letterhead OR the RFQ N00189-02-T-0163 for the items requested with its unit price, extended price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, tax identification number, duns number and cage code. Responses to this solicitation are due by December 20, 2001.
