Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to demolish and renovate portions of the existing outpatient clinic comprised of approximately 7400 SF and the addition of approximately 17,000 SF of patient exam rooms and ancillary support areas as well as a new main entrance to the Clinic/Hospital facility and new mechanical room/penthouse at VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. Work includes demolition, relocation and addition of mechanical and plumbing risers and fixtures, HVAC, sanitary, electrical, fire & safety, sprinkler, carpentry, millwork, drywall and stud framing, ceramic tile, carpeting, glass and glazing and civil and site improvements. All work to be in accordance with plans and specifications numbered 438-383. NAICS 233320. Cost range $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Work to be completed in 540 days. Specs and drawings will be available for download on the Website after 12/26/01 or hard copy will be issued upon receipt of refundable deposit of $200.00. Deposit must be in the form of a Cashier's Check or Money order made payable to AGENT CASHIER, and accompany a written request to Issuing Office on firm's letterhead, or walk-in request. Award subject to availability of funds. PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT 1:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, 1/10/02, IN THE VA AUDITORIUM, VA MEDICAL CENTER, 2501 W. 22ND STREET, SIOUX FALLS, SD.
