- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) , Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to acquire 200,000 Jackson trap bodies, 10,000 Jackson hangers (wire), 526,747 Jackson inserts w/stickem, 135,000 Jackson lure clips and 300,000 Jackson trap bodies without the toxic reading. Two (2) year options with the same estimated quantities and estimated optional quantities. A first article sample of 5 each of each item is required 10 days after contract award, with the article sample producted at the same production facility as the production quantity. A sample of 6 paperboard units is also required within 10 days of contract award. The synopsis is request for proposal of a commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 15. The procurement is a firm-fixed price procurement. It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards will be considered if required. Delivery location is Edinburg, TX. Delivery shall be February 1, 2002. The solicitation shall be released on or about December 21, 2001.
