- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) , Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to acquire 50,000 brown delta traps; 80,000 orange delta traps; and 150,000 green delta traps. Two (2) year options with the same estimated quantities and estimated optional quantities. A first article sample of 24 traps is required within 14 days after contract award. A first article sample of paperboard shall be provided within 10 days after contract award with the article sample producted at the same production facility as the production quantity. An estimated 5,000 optional quantities of each trap could be required. The synopsis is request for proposal of a commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 15. The procurement is a firm-fixed price procurement. It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards will be considered if required. Delivery location(s): Multiple shipping locations. Delivery date: February 1, 2002. The solicitation shall be released on or about December 21, 2001.
