- RFQ: SPO440-02-Q-6156: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (6605-01-442-9626) for a Compass, Magnetic. Offers will be solicited for an IDPO, with a base year and four option years. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. Delivery 171 days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. There is currently one approved source of supply: Air path Instrument Company (CTAA LLC) (Cage # 70214) P/N: CB2125-NVG-5. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
