- Description
- Sources Sought for a Contractor to provide all personnel, labor, and supervision for the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for three (3) sites of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Sites to be included in the plans are Artesia, NM, Cheltenham, MD, and Glynco, GA. Master Plan developed will be the basis for efficient and orderly development of the real estate and facilities resources with a balance between human and natural environment. The Master Plan must include land use plans and capital improvement plans, analysis of existing facilities, demolition plans and other deliverables. Contractor will be required to consult with FLETC personnel and consider alternatives to new construction. Final Master Plan will be comprehensive and will serve as a policy guide for decisions regarding sufficient facilities to meet the training requirements at the three (3) sites for the next ten (10) years. All interested parties are requested to respond with a short list of qualifications and/or past experience in developing long range comprehensive plans. Development of Plan will be 404 days after contract award. At this time, the project is not limited to A&E firms. Consultants or other interested parties are encouraged to respond.
