- (This was modified on 12/5/01. See below) This is a sole source procurement for 6 Blodgett Combi oven/steamers, hatchable, 440V, 60hz, model COS-5HD (double). This is the only oven approved for shipboard use per the Naval Surface Warfare Center Habitability Catalog. These items will be procured under commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This will be a firm fixed price type contract, FOB destination. All offerors are put on notice that in accordance with FAR 5.203(h), the solicitation will have a less than 30 day response time. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. The ovens will be delivered to GSA Warehouse/Auburn Washington, within 60 days of award of contract. This will be a web posted solicitation at the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. The government will issue no hard copy solicitation or amendment.
