- THIS IS THE FINALIZED VERSION OF THE DRAFT RFP WHICH WAS ISSUED AS RFP N00140-02-R-D701. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGES, PARTICULARLY IN THE PWS, AND SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS FINALIZED RFP. The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia on behalf of the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, United States Navy (SUPSHIP) intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis, in accordance with established A-76 procedures, services under one contract for Administrative/ Clerical Support to ten sites located at various naval bases, naval and privately-owned facilities throughout the country. The solicitation, which should be issued on or about 21 DEC 2001, contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
