- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFO) 673- 40-02 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. North American Industry Classification System is 42145 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The requirement is brand name or equal in accordance with VAAR clause 852.211-77. Delivery to be made to James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. Provide by price for one (1) each of the following: (1)Sonosite RM 180 Plus Hand #L01575; (2) bundle ?PW Doppler &Thi #P02279; (3) C11 7-4, curved array for plus system #P01960; (4) C60/5-2 curved array for plus systems #P02098; (5) L-38/10-5, Linear Array for plus system #P02095; (6) site stand TM Mobile docking station #P01606; (7) 15? flat panel display for site stand #P01909; (8) biopsy guide starter kit for L38/10-5 transducer #P01300 (9) total coverage upgrade for twelve (12) months, warranty upgrade.
