Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. PRLI 0001, Quantity - 17, Unit Issue - EA, Delivery Schedule - 120 DARO, Dest - DIST DEPOT HILL, UT. OPTION TO INCREASE QUANTITY - 100%. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1).
